This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to reservations, deposits, and payments made for KompaFest Cruise, operated by [Operating Company Name] LLC.
Presale deposits are refundable until 14 calendar days after the official cruise ship and sailing details are announced. After that period expires, all deposits and payments become nonrefundable except where required by law.
Submit a written request to contact@kompafestcruise.com including your full name, reservation email, booking number (if available), and a clear cancellation request.
Approved refunds may require approximately 30 to 45 days to process, generally issued to the original payment method.
Deposits and installments become nonrefundable. Missed payments do not automatically cancel a reservation. Failure to attend does not create a right to a refund.
Name or cabin changes are subject to availability, deadlines, and administrative fees. Reservations may not be sold or transferred without written approval.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Declining travel protection does not change this policy.
KompaFest Cruise is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or cruise-line decisions.
