The Free Cabin Raffle (the "Raffle") is run by [Operating Company Name] LLC, doing business as KompaFest Cruise ("we," "us," "our"). Contact: contact@kompafestcruise.com.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families and households are not eligible. The cruise experience is adults-only; winners must be 21+ by the sail date.
The Raffle opens when announced on kompafestcruise.com and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 24, 2026. Entries recorded after that time will not be counted.
To receive one (1) entry, complete both steps: (a) join the KompaFest Cruise priority list with a valid email address at kompafestcruise.com; and (b) share our Instagram account (@kompafest_official) to your public Instagram Story and keep it visible for at least 24 hours during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Automated or bulk entries are void.
Instagram is not a sponsor of, and is not associated with, this Raffle.
Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 25, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Each of the three (3) winners receives cabin fare for one (1) standard cabin (occupancy as specified at the time of the drawing) aboard the KompaFest Cruise 2028 voyage. Approximate retail value to be confirmed.
The prize covers cabin fare only. Airfare, ground transfers, taxes, port fees and government charges, gratuities, travel insurance, onboard purchases, excursions, and any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the voyage is cancelled or rescheduled, the prize may be substituted for a comparable sailing or forfeited at the Sponsor's discretion.
Potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days, does not respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, city/state, likeness, and Story content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
By entering, you agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if it cannot run as planned.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any damages arising from participation or the prize.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State in which the Sponsor is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
